Privacy policy.

Our Core Privacy Principle #

Your creativity and ideas are yours alone. We build with transparency and respect for your privacy. This site is designed to share our journey, not to collect your data.

What We Collect #

Website Analytics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which runs at Cloudflare's network edge. It records things like which pages are visited, the referring site, and your general country, device type and browser, so we can see what people read. It does not use cookies or store anything on your device, and it does not follow you to other sites. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Contact Information

If you reach out via email or our contact channels, we only use your information to respond to your message. We never add you to mailing lists without explicit consent.

YouTube and External Platforms

When you interact with our content on YouTube, SoundCloud, or Substack, those platforms have their own privacy policies that apply.

What We Don't Do #

• Collect personal information unless you explicitly provide it
• Use tracking cookies for advertising or retargeting
• Build behavioral profiles for marketing purposes
• Sell or share your data with advertisers

How We Protect Your Information #

• Secure Transmission: All data is transmitted over HTTPS
• Minimal Collection: We only collect what's necessary
• No Third-Party Sales: We never sell or rent your information
• Regular Reviews: We periodically review our practices to ensure your privacy

Cookies & Tracking #

Our site does not set cookies.

If you choose a theme (auto, light or dark) at the bottom of a page, your browser remembers that choice on your own device so the next page matches. It is never sent to us, and choosing "auto" clears it.

Third-Party Services #

Our site is served through, or links to, these services:

• Cloudflare: Delivers the site and counts visits without cookies (Privacy Policy)
• Railway: Hosts the server that builds each page (Privacy Policy)
• Amazon Web Services (S3): Hosts the homepage music video, which loads only if you press play (Privacy Notice)
• YouTube, Suno, Substack, Instagram and other social sites: Linked from our pages, not embedded. Each has its own privacy policy, which applies once you follow a link.

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them when interacting with embedded content.

Your Rights #

You have the right to:

• Know what information we have about you
• Request correction of any information
• Request deletion of your information
• Opt out of any communications

Children's Privacy #

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we've inadvertently collected such information, please contact us.

Changes to This Policy #

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We'll note the effective date at the top of this page.
